Delivery Costs
All of our goods are sent via courier. Delivery costs are based on 5% of the final cost of your order. ie, a £100 order will total £5.00 delivery.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all goods within 14 to 21 days of purchase. Small invidually ordered items such as Mirrors, Showers, Accessories, Taps, Wastes etc may be delivered within 5 to 7 days via courier.
Once an order has been placed
Deliveries
1.1 Items will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order.
1.2 If for some reason delivery cannot be made to you under the Suppliers control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited .
1.3 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to the Supplier. Should you fail to return the goods, the Supplier reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by the Supplier in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
1.4 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In such circumstances the we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.
1.5 On arrival from Courier you will be asked to sign to confirm your goods have been received in good condition, please ensure you check the item/s fully to ensure it is not damaged/broken in any way BEFORE signing receipt of the item. Once signed for the goods will not qualify for a refund if found to be broken.
Should you receive an item that has been damaged/broken in transit do not sign for it and refuse the delivery.
If you are unable to check the contents of the delivery at the time of delivery then please sign for the parcel as UNCHECKED. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
